The Reserve Medical Officers Association of Finland was founded in 2013. Its purpose is to promote the education and professional competence of reserve medical officers in Finland. The association supports the activities of the Reserve Medical Officer Course student body and maintains and develops its members’ field medical expertise.

The association operates in cooperation with the Finnish Defence Forces, medical faculties, and other reservist organizations. It provides medical training for its members and disseminates current information related to military medicine and reservist activities.

Membership is open to individuals who have completed reserve officer training as well as to others who are interested in the association’s activities and objectives.

The Reserve Medical Officers Association of Finland is an official member association of the Finnish Reserve Officers’ Federation and the Helsinki Reserve Officers’ District.
